Hello! My name is Anne Boonstra, and I am a wife and a mother of two. Before making the decision to become a stay-at-home mom, I was a teacher and a coach. Being home with my children has been amazing! It has allowed me the time and opportunity to open my very own bookkeeping business. This opportunity is perfect for me because I am someone who loves to work on projects, enjoys keeping things organized, and is detailed oriented. I get the chance to help small business owners break free from the daunting task of keeping all their finances updated and organized. Seeing how hard my husband works with his business, I understand that your time is valuable. What’s included in the Basic Bookkeeping package?
Every month we will categorize all business related income and expense transactions and issue you a monthly financial statement consisting of a Balance Sheet and a Profit and Loss. These reports will help you understand your business past to make decisions on your business future. They are required in order to do any tax planning or to fund your business with mid-year loans. Unlimited email and text support is also included.
What’s not included in the Basic Bookkeeping package?
Anything above and beyond basic tracking of income and expense items for the month is not included in the monthly price above. However, additional services are available as an add-on to your basic bookkeeping package. These add-on's include: accrual basis accounting, detailed financials showing class tracking or job profitability, invoicing, bill payment, and payroll.
Is QuickBooks Online required?
Yes, we work exclusively with QuickBooks Online. If you don’t already have it, we’ll help you get set up—and you’ll receive a 30% discount on your subscription for the first 12 months through our partner link.
Is a contract required?
We don’t use traditional contracts,
but an engagement letter is required and will be sent to you via PandaDoc before services begin.
Can I add on services like clean-up work or consulting?
Absolutely. These can be discussed during your free consultation. We’ll assess your business needs and provide a custom quote for any additional services.
